Will emails come from me?

They're sent as "Your Name via Invoice Follow-Up Co." with your email as reply-to, so any reply lands in your inbox.

Can clients stop the emails?

Yes — every reminder has a stop link. You'll see it on your dashboard.

Why 50% up front?

A deposit filters out clients who were never going to pay. You can switch it off per invoice and bill the full amount instead.
